I studied Model Design at the University of Hertfordshire where received a First Class BA (Hons). It was during this time that my passion for film making and working on creative projects really ignited. I came away from Uni with a solid foundation of the fundamentals skills needed to work in industry.

Since leaving Uni, I have continued to develop as a maker. I have gained valuable experience across multiple industries on a wide range of projects and roles. From architectural models, to large scale props/scenic work, to working on Hero costumes for major movies. Each opportunity helped me to drastically improve as a maker, honing my skills and pushing me to continue learning.

I most recently worked for FBFX, a world-leading maker of special FX costume and props for film and TV. This was a massively informative experience, I was involved in a number of projects in which I was able to gain material knowledge and learn new techniques. I was also given training to specialize as a Dimensional screen printer which was an amazing opportunity that challenged my skills in a really positive way.

I have learnt a lot through developing my process as a maker, I have found I enjoy incorporating digital and practical techniques into my approach, helping to create an efficient workflow. I truly enjoy getting to collaborate with others, being able to work together and problem solve with others is a huge part of why I am passionate about what I do.
